The risotto was so luxurious and creamy with savoury umami taste from all the mushrooms. I feel like the different mushrooms provided different textures to the dish. The enoki with its crunchy texture, the oyster mushrooms with its tender and soft texture and the shiitake with its smoky and full-bodied flavor. Break that yolk and mix it all around for that additional silky finish to the risotto. It's packed full of flavor and a great dish for friends and families to enjoy.
