We wanted something light to end our meal with so were surprised how chocolatey this cake was, especially when there was no mention of chocolate in the dish name. The light flavours of both yuzu and pistachio were both overpowered by the ganache blanketing the cake. Even the feuilletine layer was mixed with chocolate.
