Nankotsu Ramen with tender pork soft bone and cartilage cooked to gelatinous state in a milky tonkotsu broth that's not too salty.

The Kyushu ramen is on the thin side but overall a satisfying ramen meal. Been a while since I've been to Ajisen Ramen and the taste is not as bad as I had assumed.

Spicy volcan ramen with char siew, bean sprouts and half egg.

Pork Chop Fried Rice | Similar to the other restaurant’s but perhaps lacking a little in the rice segment.
