White sponge layers filled with cream cheese on a sable biscuit base, covered with chestnut cream, topped with white chocolate and fruit toppings. This was good but not very sure if their description was totally accurate. It was more like ladyfingers around rather than sponge layers. Also it was a cake base and not biscuit. Couldn't really taste the cream cheese as well and as you can see from the pic, it wasn't white chocolate on top.

This looks good, but you're right, Mont Blanc doesn't look like this at all :) That would be more a tart with swirly chestnut cream on top.
