The soft shell prawn is huge, fresh, crispy, crunchy, succulent, so much so, even the head and tail is completely consumed.
The crashed peppercorn give some spicy, not overwhelming bite to a sweet prawn.

Relish at Frasers Tower Dinner menu will be changed on Tuesday to Wild Rocket Pop Up & Roketto Niseko Izakaya style small plates.
