As you can tell there's a good crisp but it's way too overdone so it's tough. Very unfortunate given the quality of the meat, and I'm not sure but maybe he intended it to be like this cos he didn't say or show anything.

Just do it yourself when they're busy, you don't get 1 person to 1 table lol
