The closest to @tsujirihei_honten I can ever get for now, the ceremonial matcha softserve is back once again! 💚 Available in half cup or regular (as featured here), it’s only available from Fri-Sun for a limited time! This extraordinary matcha is made using a higher grade (and as the name suggests, ceremonial) which came with a robust, intense and rich umami earthy note. The texture was a tad icy albeit dense hence it doesn’t melt as fast, allowing a prolonged enjoyment and of course, my usual phototaking routine 🙊. As compared to @tsujirihei_honten , this had a cleaner and less astringent flavour profile. However, I still adore the distinct and lingering earthy flavour was a perfect companion for me in burning midnight oil as it actually kept me awake the whole night! ✨Though the price might be rather steep, it’s worth a try at least once if you are a hardcore matchaholic .
