And my main goal was to get the 𝔹𝔸𝕂𝔼 ℂ𝕙𝕖𝕖𝕀𝕖 𝕋𝕒𝕣π•₯𝕀 π•žπ•’π••π•– π•¨π•šπ•₯𝕙 𝕂π•ͺ𝕠π•₯𝕠 𝕄𝕒π•₯𝕔𝕙𝕒! 😍 Didn't disappoint me at all. Hot and fresh from the oven and the slight molten Matcha core was so delightful! So Matcha Love 🍡 ✨1 piece Matcha Baked Cheese Tart: SGD 3.90
✨A box of 6 pieces Matcha: SGD 22.50 (you save 90’ as compared to a-la-carte)

🍜My next preferred dish at the Matsuri was the Japanese-Chinese fusion πŸ™πŸŸπŸΒ°π”»π”Όβ„•π•†ζ‹…ζ‹…ιΊ΅. If you are a fan of mala (think 麻辣香鍋), you should try this. You can add on the Sichuan peppers and/or chilli oil to have more mala kick. 😏 Half-way through eating, I realised I should have added an onsen egg because the flavour can get kinda monotonous after half a bowl (for me). I saw some customers add on snacks bought from other stalls.. Good idea ya? ✨1bowl of Dan Dan Men sets you back by SGD15.

Finally, it's the upcoming β„‚π•£π• π•’π•¦π•’π•Ÿπ•₯ ℂ𝕙𝕠𝕦 π•‚π•’π•«π•¦π•œπ•’π•«π•¦. I have previously tried them in Taiwan (check out my old posts) and I love 'em! Especially the seasonal Strawberry Croquant Chou... The filling was perfectly chilled and oozing out with every bite! The Chou was also crispy and not too hard nor thick. Well, unfortunately I didn't receive the same standard at the pop-up. The Chou was void of filling after one first big bite and I requested for a change. The second one has slightly more filling, but not as much as what I had in Taipei. πŸ˜” Hopefully the permanent stall will pay more attention to the quality and standard, or is it because they were overwhelmed on Day 1? 頑弡ってください! ✨1 piece of Croquant Chou sets you back by SGD 2.80

I might drop by again if I have time to try out other food. Have you visited the Matsuri? What do you recommend or warn against?
