Seasonal special available for Deepavali till 12 Nov, this burger features a hand-crumbed spinach & potato patty, topped with shredded white cabbage, julienned onion slivers, crisp lettuce, chopped cilantro, dairy-free aioli and lastly, the main highlight of Curry Dhal sauce sandwiched between two fiber-fueled bun. Love how the Curry Dhal sauce was tangy, aromatic with a hint of spice that makes a complementary pairing to the panko-crusted and crisp potato & spinach patty! 💛 Differing from the usual plant-based soy patty, this came with an interior that’s smooth, creamy instead, like a deep fried mash potato patty blended in with some chopped spinach. While the other elements of onions, cabbage and lettuce serves as a pleasant crunch factor, I wouldn’t mind having just the potato patty and curry dhal sauce with the fluffy wholegrain buns! 😋 The exclusive seasonal set also comes with a portion of shrooms pop - juicy portobello mushrooms encased in a crisp, golden brown batter! 💕 Served with a side of dairy-free mint sauce, I personally prefer having this in silo as the mint sauce was quite an acquired experience they my palate wasn’t accustomed to. Lastly, end off your meal with a cup of homemade chiller- choose from Ginger Lemonade, Tangy Orange or Lemon Barley (my pick)! For this set, the chillers have been upgraded with an extra dollop of chia seeds in your drinks! ✨ .
