Feeling a little under the weather, we were craving for a simple dinner. Seeing that Ah Hua Kelong has recently opened a restaurant near us, we decided to pay them a visit, coupled with the fact that we could make use of the burrple beyond promotion. We had the sea bass steamed in Cantonese style and the flesh was oh-so-soft and cooked just right! We ordered the teriyaki grilled sotong, which was also well cooked! I’ve always love sotong and the sad thing is the sotong is easy over cooked and many places just don’t get them right. But this place hit the nail on the spot! And the teriyaki sauce that comes with it is the perfect match with a steaming plate of white rice. Will definitely be coming back for more!
