It looks juicy and tender. My lunch partners were truly enjoying it. Whereas I can only gawk at it. Because it was infused with cinnamon. I chatted with Chef Felix and he offered to poach one without the spice if I do visit again. So sweet of him but of course I would not want to impose on him.
