The sous vide Spanish pork jowl was quite nice, however the short grain rice was unfortunately too hard and dry, making the overall dish, including the other ingredients (pickles, kelp, scallions), a cold and dry dish. I wouldn’t order it again personally.

The cafe has a nice interior, they played pretty good music when we were there too. We visited on a Saturday morning and easily got a seat for two upon walking-in. You can use your Beyond 30% off deal here (-$4.20 for this dish).
