had such a wonderful meal at meadesmoore! the breaded pigs head was a very tasty starter, with its juicy fillings and crunchy exterior. the baby octopus piperade was delicious and cooked just nice with a great sauce. beef heart tomatoes was one of the best tomato salads ive eaten, the drizzling was perfect. we also had the rump cap steak which was done to a perfect doneness as recommended by the chef. service was impeccable too! really satisfying meal, one of the best experiences in SG this year, would defo recommend!
