Smoked Salmon Soba’a flavour was very mild compared to the rest of the dishes. Sesame soy dressing was given on the side but it was a pretty small bottle and I felt the dressing did not help bring out any flavours at all. However, it is also the healthier option out of the rest, so I’ll take it.
