Having seen fellow Burpple Tastemaker Sheryl's post about her meal at Springleaf Prata Place, I have not been able to get their special paper prata out of my mind all week. So off I went today to finally get my fix.
It didn't disappoint. Visually arresting, the object of my attention had a crispness that could be heard loud and clear when I was breaking it up to eat. Being rather lightweight with hardly any oiliness, I felt no guilt inhaling the whole thing.
