5 min drive away from JB City Square...

First of all, like this old school yet minimalist cafe, so instagrammable can (many wood / marble tables around)!

It’s like every corner can take nice photo really...

The pork belly bowl, surprised me with the yuzu rice (yuzu skin in the rice), hint of yuzu smell and what a match with the pork belly, crispy skin and not a bit fatty feel (ya, no bui bak feel), the special sauce and yuzu rice with cucumber really complemented well with the pork belly, I like!

The fish bowl, a little fishy smell but this is a spicy one, with yuzu rice too, the spice, bonito flakes, egg yolk and yuzu managed to cover up the fish smell and they are making it very appetising...for those who can’t take spiciness well may want to let the staff know beforehand...

As for the gyoza, handmade, they are nice but I wish it can be done better, somehow the taste (a little bland and the meat is not as chewy as I expected) just doesn’t come to me that this is their signature...

Hawthorn tea is a bit too bland (like light hawthorn with plain water), best part is that it’s not sweet, something light to ease the greasiness but I thought the hawthorn taste can be stronger, otherwise, it’s just like drinking plain water sia...=X
