Served with Vietnamese pesto, compressed watermelon that was grilled in the @mibrasa creating sweet, smokey, juicy morsels, topped with sea grapes for the 'taste of the ocean' - the combination sounded a little hard to grasp at first but all is resolved when you put it into your mouth. The creamy burratina paired so well with the bright, slightly spicy pesto, slight acidity and sweetness from the tomatoes, and bursts of warm crunch and smokiness from the watermelon.
