The flounder is air flown by japan as written on the menu and it taste fresh and pleasant. The soup at the side was said to be japanese "yong tau foo" by my friends. It is actually oden with several pieces of fish cake in it. The rice has a few scallops and is doused in teriyaki sauce which taste okay. Overall its a satisfying meal.👍👍👍
