Just imagine this, 200g of hay and hickory smoked brisket, cabbage slaw and confit garlic (*swoons*) squished between classic sesame seed buns - this was a party in your mouth and even great when broken down into individual components. See those wasabi salt shoestring fries in the background, a mighty fine distraction away from the main attraction. But you know me... A good 🍔 always has my heart and I like them the way I like my men... Mysterious, edgy and extremely dirty。
