Each bite produced a crunch sound which just showed the the crunchiness of the taco shell. The snapper fish fillets were nicely fried to a golden brown while retaining the tenderness of the meat. Dressed with chipotle mayo and mango salsa and served with salad and curly fried , it was a light and fresh meal that was tentalising to the taste buds. I would give it 👍👍 if the mango pieces were sweet and less raw.
