I adore roast cauliflower, and Peperoni's new offering hits the right spot. Nicely charred, the head of cauliflower is subtly smoky and meaty. It is served with a lively and complex spiced sauce of sumac, yoghurt, tahini, garlic, honey, white sesame, marjoram, oregano, thyme, parsley.
