Some of the sharing plates that you can expect include the Tomato Caprese with house-cured salmon, Mentaiko Toast, Ginger Scallion Clams and especially the Salted Egg Yolk Wings (pictured) which in my opinion was one of the highlights of the meal. Coated evenly with the sauce, there is no clogging salted egg yolk flavour that will leave you feeling surfeited. Instead, the flavours are well-balanced and has a good party of sweetness, savoriness and spiciness all in one bite. From the barbecue section, there’s the Kimchi Pancake that comes with a bean paste pork belly and fried egg, and Maple Sausages that’s reminiscent of a Swiss dish that’s served with rosti and mushroom ragout. To end the meal, you can opt for their Signature Berry Ball, a muffcake ball in a garden setting of berries, ice cream and edible flowers.
