Finally get to try “the bird”, after it landed in Singapore for awhile now. We decided to do just appetizers so we get to try almost everything that it’s on the menu. 😅

We started off with:
1) Crispy Chicken Biscuit
2) Fried Green Tomato & Crispy Pork Belly
(pimento cheese, smoky tomato jam frisée, pickled lemon vinaigrette)
3) Crab Cake
(lump crab, black pepper sauce, cold pressed pickles)

Omg! The saltiness of the food progress as the “tasting” flows, it’s definitely way off my taste bud. Nothing really entice or fascinate us except for the biscuits.
