After a long break from the burnt cheesecake hype, I took the plunge to parting with my money and no regrets cos this is one of my favourite so far.

Got this through their birthday slots! At $60 (including delivery) it’s definitely not cheap but I get the hype and why despite the frequent “I want!” posts, it’s not easy to get a slot.

It’s oozy (photo was from cutting it right out from the fridge - didn’t have to leave it out too long to get this texture!), creamy, a nice balance between that tinge of savoury and sweet with a lovely caramelised top.
