Wobbly, fragrantly coconutty, and super slippery (in a good way) this was a delight to eat! It consisted of one layer of coconut jelly and another of coconut water agar-like jelly. Sandwiched between it was one tiny nib of coconut flesh. Wished this bowl was so, so much bigger because I loved this so much! And so guilt free! P.S.
