You can barbecue it, boil it, broil it, bake it, or sauté it, but the best way to do it is to throw it into a deep bowl of Jimoto-Ya's glorious garlic fried rice.

The humble white rice has been ascended from peasanthood straight into godhood with the introduction of a copious amount of crispy garlic chips and a few other secret ingredients. But the best 'ingredient' is the wondrous amounts of wok hei present in the rice. I betcha weren't expecting sublime wok hei from a Jap ramen restaurant, were ya? Well sunshine, get ready to be very pleasantly surprised.

Every single slick, savory grain of garlic infused Japonica rice is armed to the teeth with a whopping amount of wok hei, and you don't eat Jimoto Ya's fantastic garlic fried rice, oh no sir. You INHALE it. That's how stunningly superb their garlic fried rice is. Top that off with a bevy of beautiful, fresh and tasty prawns that snap back with every bite, and an overexcited onsen egg that squirts its creamy load indiscriminately everywhere, and you have a bowl damn near life changing garlic fried rice.

Now if you'll kindly excuse me, I have a bowl of garlic fried rice that's begging me to utterly destroy it with my mouth.

I would like to thank Jimoto Ya and Interrice Asia for being such hospitable hosts, and a big thank you to @justinfoodprints for inviting me to this terrific tasting.
