Off you go Monday Blues, with this plate of awesome noodles from 成記炒蝦麵蠔煎! Literally cheap and good, considering the bountiful portion of noodles and ingredients. Not surprising to find a long queue in front of the stall.
I love it in the wet version, and in this one, the noodles were fried to a thick gooey texture with the gravy stock. Just one little complain; it's losing out slightly on the wok hei, probably the stock could be richer. Don't miss out on the sambal chili for a twist in flavor, but it can get spicy after a while! Tummy filled, craving satisfied!
