We chose the bak mie that’s topped with pork belly, charsiew, minced pork and ramen egg. They pack the fried lard separately so it remains crispy. Pity that the meats were average and our noodles were too dry, even though the flavour was not bad. Thought it’s very cool they even have a special Truffle Foie Gras Bakmie ($16) as one of the options!
