Till today, I have not been able to find a biryani (not to be mistaken with nasi briyani), that can match the aroma and flavour as this. After talking to the staff, I came to know that it actually takes a minimum of 3 hours to prepare this biryani. The entire preparation process is laborious and time consuming as the fresh chicken needs to be marinated with ginger garlic, a secret spice blend and mint to achieve the maximum flavour. Basmati rice is then cooked together with the marinated chicken, with the addition of coriander, fried onion and yogurt. The entire space perfumed instantly when the wait staff removes the lid from the bowl, and from the very first bite of the fluffy rice, it will send you to biryani heaven.
