I like the basics when it comes to burgers. And while I expected more from Black Tap’s, their Old Fashioned still satisfies. Classic toppings such as crimini mushrooms, Swiss cheese, and caramelised onions adorn a prime beef patty between slightly lacklustre buns. The rich and punchy horseradish sauce went a ways to livening up the eventually monotonous flavours of the burger.
