Yet another new outlet but this time focusing on Tonkatsu.

The Tonkatsu here is quite out of the ordinary. It uses Shiokoji ( a fermented rice seasoning with over 100 years of Japanese history) for the marinade. Next, it is deep-fried at a low temperature to cook the meat, before being deep-fried at a high temperature to achieve a crispy outer layer.

In other words, "Water Molecule Control technology"..... But what this really means is a lot of thought has been put in into achieving a really tender and juicy piece of meat, which is a huge difficulty when it comes to Tonkatsu. I must say I really enjoyed the cutlets here. They really tasted more tender and juicy than usual.
