Maru is on #Burpplebeyond, which made this pretty worth after the 1 for 1. The two pieces of anago were literally but not figuratively overflowing. A bit less sweet than but a nice change from the usual unagi. I pretty my foie gras in slabs rather than cubes though, i guess much of the fats melted during the cooking process so they werent as buttery.
