Bitter chocolate cake with raspberry jam and matcha mascarpone cream. The chocolate cake had a nice chocolate taste but it wasn’t as bitter as I expected. Matcha cream was lovely. It had a clean grassy fragrance and was light and creamy at the same time. Raspberry jam brightened up the whole slice and prevented it from being too heavy. But alas, there were bits of seeds inside that I didn’t enjoy. 3 distinct flavors in one little slice.
