I never knew that there is another roast meat stall at Ghim Moh Food Centre aside from the very popular stall that boast a perpetual queue. The sio bak [a.k.a. roast pork] from Sheng Ji has got that crisped and crackling skin with juicy layer of fat and well seasoned, tender, salty meat.
