The volcano chicken creates a spectacular scene when roasted chicken is being flambé using Moutai.
The soup below the chicken is so robust with seafood flavour & the Umami flavour of Moutai after the flambé.

Adore the Drunken prawn being steamed in a wooden tub with very hot stones.
Succulent and crunchy.

The Penang Assam Laksa is really good. The best next thing besides having it in Penang. My favourite in Penang and now at @penangseafoodrestaurant

Assam Fish Head is very fresh, not flaky. Adore the tangy, Sour flavour. Opens up your appetite for more food
