Trying their Yam Paste for the very first time although I have visited their Chinatown main branch a couple of times for other desserts. Totally enjoyed this thick, smooth, earthy yet subtly sweet bowl of yam paste which comes filled generously with gingko nuts and sweet cubed pumpkins to give a contrasting sweetness. Gingko nuts were done the way I like them; slightly toned-down in flavour for I don't really fancy that sharp bitterness that it can bring. This is one item I would definitely see myself return to them yet again for!
