My desired curry should have that redness, that appearance of coconut being blended in, the sinful oil floating and gleaming brightly.

Poached chicken with its creamy white flesh had a delicate umaminess. Sweet, tender and juicy. Gravy was thin, not overly heavy with coconut milk. Right level of spicyness. Quite a comfortable slurp.

This coffeeshop is right smack in town. So convenient and no horrendous queue. Also chanced upon another well known noodle stall which I will reveal in due course.
