Opened since last year, the renowned Beach Road Scissors Cut Curry Rice had expanded its “foodprints” all the way to Upper Thomson Road.

With the combination of Hainanese curry, braised dark gravy, chilli sauce and chilli oil, it brought out the perfect marriage of flavours, with just the right amount of spiciness. The only downside was that both deep-fried items I had were slightly cold and not crispy.
