Now i understand why it's so highly raved. Damn. To me this is the perfect bowl because i just love overflowing gravy.
The perfectly done onsen egg mixes with the seaweed hidden underneath to turn the rice into an umami bomb before u even add the beef in. And that glorious beef. Thinly sliced, generous and so incredibly soft. Combine that with the gravy soaked rice and you've got a comforting slurp-worthy bowl which i polished off in under 2 minutes. No im not a glutton that's how good it is
