Seabass with Pickled Vegetables ($26.80)

An entire seabass cloaked in a thick layer of pickled vegetables at Ciang Signatures. Though the menu was slightly on the pricier side, the dishes we ordered all hit the spot like this seabass. Meat was fresh and abundant and carried a sourish and salty flavour from the picked vegetables. Great for fish lovers who can’t really take much spice as this wasn’t spicy at all.
