Yay more vegetarian! It's perfect colours on a plate, and everything was cooked well - creamy scrambled eggs, fresh avocado mash, crunchy chickpeas, and a lightly creamed portion of spinach. Definitely a healthier, heartier version of your classic big breakfast...but I'm pretty sure the portion has shrunk since the last time I was here! 😔
