Was drawn when I remembered Swee Heng's Pandan chiffon appearing on ST blink tasting test. Decided to give it a go and these green pillows were dense- faintly resembling kueh by definitely softer with a predominant cake consistency.
Another thing that was faintly.... absent was a strong pandan aftertaste. While I did not dislike these sweet light cakes, occasionally I tasted minuscule round blocks of what seemed like cake-flour: not great.
