Alma has refreshed its dinner menu, due to availability of different ingredients during different seasons. Still one of the more affordable places for an excellent Michelin-starred dinner.

Starting the 6 course menu is this Hokkaido scallop enriched with soft texture and natural sweetness of eel that was smoked. Being the appetizer to the meal, it was also refreshed with passionfruit and vanilla, and freshly grated frozen wasabi.
