Mock Char Shu pie leans towards a more sweet side. Yam pie is the store’s bestseller and it’s also my favourite cause it tasted like orh nee (yam paste). Red bean pie is equally good too as the smooth filling resembles much to Chinese red bean pancake (ban jian kueh). Durian custard is rich but with slight artificial taste. Overall, the pies are legit solid and adequately sweet which makes the price justifiable.
