TLDR: the more I had the 𝙋𝙪𝙢𝙥𝙠𝙞𝙣 𝙏𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙚 (~$16) the less I liked it. The Balsamic reduction, drizzled on one of the softest sourdough I’ve ever had, was brilliant. 🤩

Now for the bad: with a lack of a meatier, saltier component, the mildy carby pumpkin on bread duo lacked any complexity. A blob of whipped goats ricotta didn’t balance the dish at all, instead further accentuating its awkwardness. 🍞🧀

Perhaps a saltier cheese would’ve fared better. 🙂
