It has a nice balance of texture- not too moist with gravy and not dry like the famous stall at Beach Road. So I can imagine that this could be a perfect plate for someone who prefers the not-too-extreme type of cooking method for their hokkien mee. Good portion of seafood and meat at such an affordable price.
