Absolutely adore this neighbourhood breakfast spot, where locals make a beeline for their morning meal. Their chapati's one of those soft, delicious creations that makes me wonder why I never used to like the bread (I loveeee it now). It's extra special if you watch them make it by the flat-top stove, using their homemade ghee.

But more on food, the dhal sauce that comes with chapati presents a rather greasy outlook, almost as if it's been mixed with other curries, and perhaps why it's so flavour-packed. Their mutton curry also deserves an order for a punchier protein, whereas the chickpeas are cooked just right for enough crunch to accompany your soft chapati.
