Traditional Nonya favourite of durian flesh cooked down with Pandan and Gula Melaka. Sinpopo served it with coconut π₯₯ ice cream π¨ and house made browned butter croutons.

Rich buttery durian without too sweet.
Planned to have Durian Pulut Hitam Cake and Kueh Dadar Mille Crepe but both not available so end up with this.
