Torasho Ramen & Charcoal Bar not only whips up quality, authentic, Japanese ramen, but also interpretations of various flavours to make fusions. The Tsukumen “Singapore Best” aims to emulate that of Bak Chor Mee, but I did not really see how that fit. Looking past that, it was still a bowl of wonderful dry ramen. Noodles were on the thicker than usual side, giving a slightly tougher chew to it. The dipping soup was rich in both flavour and aroma, with more pronounced seafood essence than tonkotsu. Loved the charcoal grilled pork, which is unsurprising with Torasho also specialising in their charcoal grilled items. Added an ajitama for $2 because no ramen is complete with it🥹
