I’m a meat lover and I guess you could very well be too. I was feeling adventurous when ordering the spare rib chee cheong fun, wonder how will be end up mixing savoury pork spare ribs with the classic chee cheong fun. It was surprisingly good! The spare ribs are well flavoured, and huge chunks of meat layered on top of the chee cheong fun was just so shiok to look at & to devour. So tender so smooth, it’s dancing in my mouth. Definitely found a new love at Mongkok Dim Sum
